I had a great experience with Sullivan Auto Trading Used Cars. I traded my car in for a 2017 BMW M4 Convertible and everything came out perfect. The whole process was smooth from start to finish and the car was exactly as described, clean and in great condition. I’m genuinely happy with this trade and feel like it was a great deal overall. Shannon, Will, and Patrick were all very helpful throughout the process. They made everything easy, answered my questions, and never felt forceful or pushy at any point. They gave me time to look over the car and made sure everything was straightforward and comfortable. Found a 2017 camaro rs with 11500 miles for a reasonable price. The car has all the features I want and some I didn't know I would like. I knew I wanted the car especially with only 11500 miles it was basically brand new. I looked at it on a Saturday shortly before close which they accommodated. I was certain it was the car I wanted at that point and talked to Will Sullivan about finalizing paperwork then I received the car. I picked up the car the next week after work and after a speedy finalizing of documents I was on a 2 hour ride home. On the ride home the car developed a shudder which was unsettling in my new car. Again on the way to work the next morning it did it again. Sullivan immediately sent a truck get the car and see if it could be repaired. It was a common issue of the transmission fluid breakdown over the last 9 years and needed to be replaced with fresh fluid. They fixed it and returned the car within days even providing a rental. I have now had the car for a little over a month and have 15000 mile due to it being a work car but it has run like it should since transmission fluid replacement. Sullivan was great through the whole process and went above and beyond to sell a good car!
