Adam and Sandra were fantastic to do business with. I also met a few of the mechanics who were kind and knowledgeable. The transaction was seamless and the vehicles are in near perfect condition. I would absolutely do business with them again. He even loaded my kid up with snacks on our way out the door. :)

What a great experience! The team here was so helpful! Moving from Italy to America, they helped me find a vehicle that met my family's needs and held it until we got here. I have to say, this was absolutely best experience I have had buying a pre-owned car. From the moment I called, to walking in the door, to walking out the door and my daughter driving off with her “new” used car, it was an extraordinarily wonderful experience. Everyone was unbelievably friendly, helpful, and, in my opinion, trustworthy. But the person who has our most admiration is Madyson Carter. She was cheerful, honest, friendly, helpful, personable, knew her job, and my daughter and I felt safe and comfortable with her. She was quick with responses, but never pushed. Had all of our answers within minutes. I simply can not say enough wonderful things about her… And the entire staff was so pleasant as well. From Madyson, to Patrick Yerigan, to William Sullivan, I can not recommend the Sullivan family enough!!! If you’re looking for the perfect pre-owned car, do NOT go anywhere else. Vanessa was my first contact when walking into Sullivan Auto Trading in Fredericksburg. She was friendly, professional, and answered all of my questions. She let me test drive the car as well as take it to get a pre purchase inspection offside without any hassle. It is a no pressure place to buy a car which was very welcomed!
