I had a customers vehicle break down in the area. She had it towed to a nearby shop who wanted $13000+ to replace the engine. I knew they were trying to get over on her being she was stranded and multiple states away. I made a call to a friend who referred me to Sullivans. I paid the other mechanic for the diagnostic fees, had it transported here and within 2 weeks the vehicle was finished. Not only did the replace the engine in a very timely manner, they made some adjustments that had to be done, but most importantly they were able to get $5000 taken off of the price to a more realistic job done. Couldn't be more grateful to be apart of a trustworthy shop. Thank you again!

After dealing with the run around from the local Chevrolet Dealer trying to sell my buddy a new truck 80 times and pulling around things that weren’t up to par we pulled up here for a truck that wasn’t here and walked right in we were immediately flagged as military, thanked for our service and when we said the truck we wanted they said they didn’t have it at this location and within 10 seconds ADAM picks up the phone and starts working on getting it here we didn’t wanna wait we knew we were in good hands, Adam was very knowledgeable about the truck we walked up to, showed me the car fax right there everything we wanted to know about it we didn’t even have to ask a VERY TRANSPARENT DEALERSHIP. Monee was our finance lady oh my god when I tell you everything was smoothe she explained everything to the best of her knowledge and when she didn’t know something she flat told us “I don’t know but let me find out” I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP ENOUGH, VERY MILITARY FRIENDLY VERY PEOPLE FRIENDLY I WILL BE BACK TO BUY MY TRUCK IN THE NEWR FUTURE!!!

Came in from Chevy and they wanted to haggle me. Went down the street to Sullivan's auto. I was welcomed told all the info I needed to know off rip both Adam and Monee great people to have met. I couldn't have felt more welcomed and trusted to buy my new truck from them. NEED A NEW CAR OR TRUCK COME HERE!!!!

I worked with Emily and Patrick. I originally came in for one car but it wasn’t a match and she helped pull up other cars and listened to what I had to say including concerns about the car and worked with the team to get them fixed. She explained everything clearly and was very patient through the decision making. Patrick worked to get me a better rate percentage, helped me save money on registration, and made sure I understood all that I was signing. They made everything quick and easy!

Excellent experience from start to finish. No pressure and answered every question. Vanessa Robinson had to work a little extra to overcome some technical issues and her diligence made the difference.
