Had a fantastic experience purchasing a 2020 Suburban from Sullivan Auto. Emily Natale answered all our questions, was extremely flexible with our scheduling needs and helped us get a perfect car for our family. Patrick helped with financing and was able to arrange exactly what we needed. Phenomenally professional and efficient team.

Genuinely the smoothest and most stress free experience I’ve ever had buying a car. Moneé was especially polite and helpful and there was never any pressure or pushy sales tactics and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back again if I needed another vehicle!

I don’t remember if I left a review, but my experience at Sullivans Automotive was so great that i’m back to make sure that the review goes through. I bought a 2014 Cadillac ATS not too long ago and it’s an amazing car. It had an issue with the battery/alternator, and when they found out about it they were horrified, and made sure to repair the car completely free of charge. Not only that, but they stopped by my HOUSE of all places when my car wouldn’t start to diagnose the issue, and asked if id like a ride home without even knowing if I had my own means of transportation or not. These are great people and i’m extremely satisfied. So satisfied infact that when I stopped by yesterday I dropped off some tacos for the amazing people. lol.

Thank you for having everything ready for us when we arrived the night we needed to pick up the Chevy Sonic LTZ for my daughter! We felt very safe and welcomed and confident in our decision going with a car from y'all. God is good and led us to you. I will be in touch in the future for sure ,for any car needs we may have. We had the emissions inspection done quickly the next day, car was insured and my daughter was headed back to school quickly over the break.

The team at Sullivan trading was a dream. Monee, Adam, and Sandra were fast, helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Never have I seen the process of buying a car so streamlined and without stress. 10/10 service and they provided snacks and beverages :)
