It’s rare to visit a car dealership and find people who genuinely care but this place is different. Everyone is friendly, kind, and truly listens. We experienced a small communication issue on their end and they were quick to apologize and make it right. If you’re looking for your next vehicle, I highly recommend checking this family out!

Began by setting an appointment with Shannon and speaking with her first about the vehicle. Shannon, the manager, and the finance department were all friendly, helpful, and honest with me. They seemed to truly care about me as a customer as well as all the other customers there. The atmosphere and proficiency of the entire dealership was amazing. I would 100% recommend this dealership to any and everyone and hope to do business with them again in the future! Below is a picture of the amazing car they sold to me!

This place is amazing. Everyone on their team was extremely kind and caring, especially Vanessa, who helped me with my loan application. She was incredibly patient, even with my one‑year‑old there with me. They helped me find the perfect car and even negotiated a lower interest rate and monthly payment with the loan company. I chose a used car that was newer to their lot and still needed a little work. They took care of everything—new brakes and rotors, plus the bulbs it needed. They make sure you leave with your car fully ready to go and everything done correctly. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a car, and I’ll definitely be back for all my future vehicle purchases!

I saw a vehicle I wanted to get for my wife in the middle of the night and decided to check it out the next day (Norfolk branch). Monee picked up the phone and set up the appointment. When we arrived, we were promptly greeted by her and Casey and they gave us all the information regarding the vehicle and we went out for a test drive. After the test drive, we informed them that we liked the vehicle and wanted to see what our car would be worth for a trade in. At first we were intimated because we saw the types of high end cars they had in the lot and feared our car wouldn’t be accepted, but Adam appraised our current car and gave us a good deal. After that Monee showed us the price breakdown and we said yes to the new vehicle. Sandra, the financial manager took over at that point and completed the financial process. We walked in not knowing if we would get the vehicle, but walked out in 2 hours with a new vehicle. Our experience with the whole team was honestly pleasing, professional and amazing. Monee made a good first impression, and she made the whole process easy. She also made sure our daughter had plenty of snacks. Casey wasn’t our main point of contact, but she was very engaging with my whole family and had conversations with us. She was a friendly face to us all. Adam was truthful, fair and also another friendly face to my family and making sure we were properly taken care of. And Sandra was like the rest of the team taking care of us; she blew up balloons for my daughter, engaged in conversations with her, and made the financial process easy. This team earned our trust and we look forward to continuing business with them. I know there are some bad reviews amongst all the great reviews, but I believe they pay attention to those reviews to improve their customer’s experience. Go there to find out for yourself before writing them off. 10/10 experience

Amazing dealership with kind people. No hassle, no bull crap. They gave me a fair trade in value for my car, didn't try to upsell me, they remained professional and friendly, and they were especially kind to my toddler, who was dancing and singing around their office. Our saleswoman, Monée, even gave my daughter a stuffed animal. I look forward to continued business with them.

12/10 experience! Shannon was so kind and patient while I looked through all the vehicles. Sullivan’s ALWAYS has given me the best deals and customer service. The only car dealership I will ever go to!
