I had a gift certificate for a full detail and was looking forward to my first experience with Sullivan's after hearing many great reviews. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to schedule my appointment for the next day. Nancy was amazingly communicative; she gave me a call to let me know she had received my keys from the drop box and another to share that it was ready for pickup. My car looks great, and I look forward to scheduling another detailing in the future.

Visited here after multiple dealerships looking for a very specific vehicle. What we found was almost perfect but had some minor cosmetic issues which they promptly sourced the replacement parts and will be replacing them.
