Words can't describe what a wonderful experience it was purchasing a vehicle from Sullivan! I had walked out of 3 different dealerships because of the service and almost gave up looking for a Ram 1500. Lilly was fantastic and super helpful in the service she provided. Patrick and his patience were extraordinary!! To top of it off they provided a loaner while they finished up the last minute details, and without me even asking. I have worked in the service industry for 20 years and can't remember when I have received such genuine and considerate service. My hats off to each of you.
