I bought my car from another state, my first big girl purchase and I couldn’t have gotten through it without Vanessa!! She was incredibly sweet and understanding, and very very patient with me!! Vanessa walked me through everything I needed to go about financing a car the right way and offered to send pictures and videos of the car as well, as I was calling from another state and didn’t have the ability to make the trip in person! Donald went over a few figures he was looking at online and gave us top dollar for the trade in. Vanessa finished the paperwork and we had a check in hand in less than 30 minutes. No hassle. No gimmicks, and no lowballing. Made us feel like family. 10 out of 10 would recommend if you’re looking to trade in / trade up!
