Madyson was amazing. We came in late on a Friday and she stayed to answer all of our questions. She really knew her stuff and has a great personality. She walked us through the finance process and Rachel was great. This is our 4th vehicle purchase and we refuse to go anywhere else. Update: 8/18/25 - Had the truck for about 9 days and it threw a low oil pressure warning. Took it to the shop and physically watched them drain 2.5-3 quarts of oil from the whole vehicle. Shop verified no leaks so looks like the Sullivan folks under filled it by 5 quarts. They are listed on the CarFax as the last to change the oil prior to sale. Be careful what you purchase. This was my 4th vehicle purchased from them but they burned me on this one. 5 stars for the friendly and knowledgeable sales staff. Be careful with the service history.

Awesome experience. Madyson and rachel got me out of there in record time! Iv purchase many vehicles and it always takes at least 4 hours. They got me out in 30 minutes! So far happy with the vehicle. I would definitely purchase from here again. Pleasant and quick experience. Much appreciated!!
