BEST car buying experience ever! Monée was so sweet & helpful. They give you space to look over the car by yourself with absolutely no pressure. The rest of the team, Adam, Sandra & Casey are equally as delightful & it was truly a great experience. Totally opposite experience of most dealerships in the area. Don’t waste you time elsewhere. Wonderful Experience! We were given time to test drive the various vehicles we were interested in. Austin Sullivan made sure we were taken care of and got the service we needed. Emily Natale was the sales representative that helped us start the process. She did a great job of helping us. We traded in two vehicles, and everyone made sure the process went smoothly. I had a great experience here at Sullivan’s. Everyone that I talked to and worked with was exceptional. The sales manager Will, the sales associate Lily, the finance guys Patrick and Austin, all were phenomenal and helped me get into a new truck. They went above and beyond helping me. Sullivan’s pricing is only Fair once you factor in the $1500 processing fee, so be very aware of that. They also try to sell you another $700 worth of intangibles at signing. Those were the only negatives, in my experience, though. The entire Sullivans team is upbeat and friendly. I personally worked with Emily N, and she made sure my concerns with a specific vehicle were fully addressed and in a very timely manner. She kept me 100% in-the-loop via text updates while I waited. Sullivans also takes great care of the vehicles on the lot; definitely the cleanest detail job I’ve seen of a used vehicle this year - impressive considering their large inventory and the fact that they are also busy with their maintenance shop side, as well.
