My son recently purchased a used VW Atlas from Vanessa at Sullivan Auto Trading, and it was the best used car buying experience I've ever had. The car was still undergoing reconditioning, and all the promised repairs were completed on time. Everyone seems genuinely happy to work there, and Vanessa was friendly and helpful throughout the process.

I am from a different state and she texted me a narrated walk around video of my Go Mango 2022 Challenger Scat Pack that I rewatched multiple times. Even though she was often busy, she made it a point to respond to all my questions and texts and took me very seriously. I got a reasonable offer for my trade in and the overall deal was exceptional for me. Will, her manager, was also a pleasure to work with. I bought a used car and some minor issues came up. He kept his word and resolved any issues beyond my satisfaction.
